Available Opportunities
Visitor Services Team Member
As part of our Visitor Services team, you'll be the welcoming face of the Visitor Centre, assisting guests with information, ticketing, bookings and enquiries while helping visitors navigate the precinct safely and confidently.
Responsibilities may include:
Providing exceptional frontline customer service
Assisting with visitor enquiries, bookings and ticketing
Sharing information about the precinct, local attractions and accessibility services
Supporting visitor flow and queue management during busy periods
Maintaining visitor information displays and service areas
Collecting visitor feedback and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Visitor Experience Team Member
As a Visitor Experience Team Member, you'll help bring the Twelve Apostles precinct to life through engaging visitor interactions, tours, events and experiences.
Responsibilities may include:
Delivering engaging visitor experiences and storytelling
Supporting tours, demonstrations and paid experiences
Assisting with events, activations and community programs
Supporting visitor dispersal and wayfinding initiatives
Maintaining safe, welcoming and well-presented experience areas
Working closely with operational teams to ensure seamless visitor experiences
Retail Team Member
Our Retail Team Members help create memorable shopping experiences for visitors from around the world while supporting the day-to-day operation of the Visitor Centre retail store.
Responsibilities may include:
Delivering outstanding customer service
Assisting customers with purchases and product enquiries
Processing sales through the Point of Sale (POS) system
Replenishing stock and maintaining store presentation
Developing knowledge of local products and brands
Supporting visual merchandising and retail operations
Desired Skills and Experience
We're looking for people who:
Enjoy engaging with a diverse range of visitors and customers
Have a positive, professional and friendly approach
Are reliable, punctual and flexible
Work well as part of a team
Thrive in fast-paced environments
Are available to work weekends, public holidays and peak tourism periods
Have a strong customer service focus
Experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, retail or visitor services is highly regarded, but we also welcome applications from people with a willingness to learn and a passion for creating great visitor experiences.

The Twelve Apostles Visitor Centre is located near Port Campbell. Applicants should ensure they have reliable transport arrangements and are able to travel to and from work independently. Unfortunately, accommodation and transport assistance are not provided as part of these roles.
